At The Den you will get creative workouts from our trainers that will keep you guessing but always pushing and challenging you in different ways. We believe that bodyweight workouts are just as important as weight lifting.

All classes are a hybrid of strength training, CrossFit style workouts, calisthenics, and endurance training. Our team work-outs are led by our trainers.
